Dear Sir or Madam

...Moving day is always a though day, but I have to say the three guys that you sent out where on time in the morning, and showed up ready to work. I can't mention how happy I was with the three guys you sent out and how hard they really worked at not wasting time. They really seemed to work well like a well-oiled machine. I was amazed at the way they handled my household goods, they wrapped everything in site in blankets and really took great care of me. I was more than happy with the way they did everything. These guys worked hard and deserve credit for a job well done. I really can't express my gratitude to these guys who moved me. Please pass on a copy of this letter to them, to let them know how happy my wife and me are with the move.

In closing I would like to let you know that if ever I move again I will be calling you back. I have expressed my happiness to many friends about the move and I know people will be asking me for your number in the future. Thank you very much for being upfront with me in the beginning, I'm really satisfied with the service and treatment I received.
